I just bought a 2017 Road King and my stock mufflers didn’t sound that bad. I had wanted to own a set of vance and hines mufflers for as long as I can remember, and I’m an old hippie at 66 years old. The wait is over and I couldn’t be happier. I have a well tuned ear having grown up in the 70’s so take it from me, these pipes are like music to my ears.

I have been a V&H fan for as long as I can remember. These slip-ons were exactly what I was looking for on my 22 Road Glide Limited. Very nice deep baritone rumble at idle. These mufflers keep that sweet deep bass sound when getting on the throttle as well, and in my experience never get that loud, metallic brap common with some other brands pf mufflers. It is loud enough over stock to be heard on the road, but not so loud that it becomes obnoxious and fatiguing on a 750 mile day in the saddle. Super easy to mount and they come with heavy duty exhaust clamps.

The VH Torquer 450’s, I can honestly say, If you want the best, you have found the best without a doubt. The build quality is simply outstanding, the sound, OMG ranges from a sweet deep rumble at idle to a race type gutsy scream when you get on the throttle, sure to give you that big smile . So many people have complimented me for putting these on my HD, it’s made them consider purchasing these Vance &Hines Torquer 450’s. For the ultimate V twin sound, combine these into a V&H system.

Just installed the Torquer 450’s and the sound was like night and day compared to the stock mufflers. Nice low rumble at idle and a nice rumble when taking off. At highway speeds the mufflers settle down to where you could still hear your stereo. You won’t be disappointed!!
